1. Eligibility

5. User-Generated Content

Ownership: You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Platform. However, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, distribute, modify, and display your content for the purpose of providing the Platform.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content you upload and warrant that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including trademarks, logos, and copyrighted materials, belong to Adeblo LLC or our licensors.

Restrictions: You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent, except as permitted under these Terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time for violations of these Terms or other reasons at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adeblo LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claims is limited to the amount you paid for access to the Platform, if any.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adeblo LLC, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and not in court, except for small claims disputes or injunctive relief.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Miscellaneous

Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Adeblo LLC regarding your use of the Platform.

No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
